The easiest way to do this is to register with TBI Checker and to make regular visits. Each time you complete the tracker you will be sent an email with a detailed report that you can compare over time.
It can also be useful to keep a food journal for four weeks and compare this to your recorded symptoms to see if there is any correlation between any substance and the severity of your symptoms.
Our goal is to use donations and income to create an all-round app which will help to guide you through recovery and provide further tools and strategies you can use at home.
